Job Description
Under the general direction of the Sr. Manager of Total Rewards, this role will be responsible for fully owning all aspects of ServiceTitan compensation globally.
The Lead, Compensation is responsible to:
Partner with our HR BPs and talent acquisition teams to ensure compensation is administered and communicated thoughtfully, consistently, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Drive practices and conversations in support of transparency and pay equity.
- Understand the needs of our leaders and Titans to align our incentives with achieving their goals.
- Support Titan career growth and org-design through compelling compensation progression.
- Develop training and communications that help Titans understand the value of their compensation, help leaders communicate rewards with their reports, and support our recruiters to attract world-class talent.
Develop and maintain processes that are defined, efficient, repeatable, and scalable.
- Run and iterate on our annual global market analysis (market surveys, benchmarking, analysis, etc) to ensure competitive compensation structures that incentivize achieving our goals while attracting and retaining top talent.
- Design our process and policy infrastructure to support efficient administration and a dynamic flow of internal moves and external offers.
- Collaborate with our HRIS team to ensure our employee and market data is accurate, reportable, and accessible.
- Collaborate with our HRIS team to develop compensation tools that are engaging, simple to use, and support pay equity.
- Support the design of a global compensation program that can scale with a high-growth company in the US, Canada & Armenia while expanding into new international markets.
- Provide input into our annual budgeting and planning to ensure that our spending is appropriate and our forecast is up to date to reflect market trends.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A passion to improve the understanding and experience of compensation across an organization
- 7+ years of relevant Compensation/Total Rewards experience
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling a high-growth company's global compensation program
- Fluency in global compensation legislation (federal and state labor law such as FLSA, California Wage Orders, Equal Pay Act, Ontario Pay Equity, etc)
- Experience designing & building global compensation plans across various markets (North America, EMEA, etc)
- Ability to juggle strategic projects and day-to-day tactical tasks
- Excellent communication skills, with high attention to detail. Comfortable navigating leadership across all levels (Including the executive leadership team)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, learn quickly and work independently
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and operationally with strong analytical skills
To get up to speed quickly, you'll benefit from having (not-required):
- Experience with Workday HRIS and its advanced comp module
- Experience setting up and using Payfactors
- A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $102,000 - $147,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
