To participate as a member of the DIRECTV Legal team responsible for the advertising and marketing of DIRECTV products and services, this individual will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing and evaluating internal and third-party advertising and marketing materials for compliance with state and federal advertising guidelines, including print, digital and broadcast materials for DIRECTV's video products and services - satellite, IPTV and OTT
• Supporting the operation and execution of the online advertising review and compliance system
• Collaborating with internal and external clients to provide recommendations and alternate solutions while minimizing risks associated with potential messaging
• Drafting legal blocks and disclosures for use in advertising materials for video materials
• Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Creative Services, and Agencies for front-end campaign development to limit legal risks and exposure

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States. #LI-Remote
What you'll need:

• Three + years of paralegal experience at a major law firm or in-house position required or three + years specializing in Advertising/Marketing.
• Experience in litigation, intellectual property, advertising, and consumer-related issues a plus.
• Must also have strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
