Lead consultant with Healthcare Product experience

Infosys is seeking a Lead consultant with Healthcare Product experience. This position's primary responsibility will work with Client Business to understand requirements, consult on business processes, adopt package related best practices, lead the team in coming up with alternate solutions, guide them through Base and Custom choice of the product feature, having strong Product Mindset, Communication & analytical skills, Planning, Customer Engagement, SAFE Agile Experience, US Healthcare.

Required Qualifications:

• The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ or Richardson, TX be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years in a Product Management environment and working with multiple stakeholders (internal, customer organization, vendors) working in Payer, Provider or PBM Organizations in US health insurance industry
• Experience developing and deploying software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications with popular public cloud platforms and Integrating SaaS Products with on premise systems
• Communicating and facilitating architecture design discussions/decisions and impacts to key stakeholders.
• Experience in legacy and web-based systems interfaces, Application Programmable Interfaces (APIs)
• Working knowledge of EPIC, FEATURE and User Story writing
• Sound knowledge and experience on Agile.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
