Lead Consultant: Workday Domain Specialist

• Hands on Experience on Workday HCM configuration which include deep understanding of Organizations, Staffing, Job profile, Compensation, ESS [Employee Self service] etc.
• Expert-level proficiency in Workday with the ability to communicate clearly to project team/stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Workday security model & Business process.
• In-depth hands-on experience in EIB integration, Reporting and Calculated fields.
• Analyze Workday release updates to understand the impacts of feature changes in existing configuration.
• Resolve workday issues through active trouble-shooting and diagnostic research.
• Act as workday SME and be available to provide support to the stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Workday's system administration (tenant management, version releases, regression testing).

• Knowledge on Agile methodology, Google Cloud Platform.
• Other integration tools like Core-connector/ PICOF.
• Knowledge on Workday Studio, Report Designer(BIRT- Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools), Web Services, REST APIs.
• Experience in SOX - ITGC, GDPR Compliance Audits.
• Good to have Advanced Compensation implementation experience.
• Experience in Zendesk (or any other ticketing system) is an added advantage.
• Good to have experience in other workday modules like Absence,Time tracking.
