Lead Content Strategist

About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager Content Strategy, you'll develop and implement large complex content design strategies in a matrixed environment. You'll ensure all work is in consideration of the content strategy plan and value proposition, and meet outputs and goals of content plans including quality, speed to market, and return on investment.

You Will:

• Work with business owners and value proposition leads to determine the best content strategy design framework for their needs, directing the data needed on the audience, marketing funnel stage journey and most appropriate delivery format
• Provide consultation on strategy design framework, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, channel activation to support content strategy development.
• Track return on investment; determine what is and is not working and make recommendations to refine strategy

You Have:

• We are looking for a candidate with experience in marketing, digital content management, digital content development or related field, along with experience in user centred content design
• You'll also have experience with multiple forms of content channels and deliverables, i.e. social media, blogs, videos, working with search engine optimization (SEO), etc
• Experienced in supporting a team, you'll lead the content supply team members through production, serving as the horizontal manager in a matrix management structure
• You'll have experience with identifying, analyzing a range of partners and communications with experience.
