In this fully remote role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic B2B content initiatives designed to engage professional audiences and support business growth. You will work at the intersection of marketing strategy, digital experience, and data-driven insights to create impactful content frameworks across digital channels. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into compelling content strategies aligned with the customer journey. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure messaging consistency, optimize digital performance, and drive measurable marketing outcomes. Accountabilities:
Lead the design and execution of comprehensive B2B content strategies aligned with marketing and business objectivesDevelop strategic content plans that support customer journey stages, from awareness to conversion and retentionConduct content audits and gap analyses to improve messaging consistency and optimize content performance across channelsCollaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure alignment between content initiatives and campaign goalsApply SEO best practices to digital and web content strategies to improve discoverability and engagementUtilize analytics and performance insights to refine strategies, measure content effectiveness, and guide continuous improvementSupport the development and execution of targeted email marketing initiatives using platforms such as MarketoMap customer journeys and develop content frameworks that deliver relevant messaging at key touchpointsProvide strategic leadership in content planning, ensuring alignment with broader B2B marketing initiativesRequirements
Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 8 years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or related fields within a B2B environmentAt least 1 year of experience in a senior or lead-level role, guiding strategic initiatives (direct people management not required)Strong background in B2B marketing strategy and content developmentExperience working within healthcare or health insurance environments, including payer or provider organizationsDemonstrated expertise in content strategy development, planning, and governanceExperience working in digital and web environments, including strong knowledge of SEO best practicesProficiency in content auditing, journey mapping, and content lifecycle managementAbility to leverage analytics and performance insights to inform content strategy and marketing decisionsExperience using marketing automation or email campaign platforms such as MarketoExcellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skillsBenefits
