You will lead the development of high-performing ad creatives across major digital platforms, shaping how campaigns engage and convert audiences at scale. Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end creative production for performance marketing campaigns across key digital channels, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality static and video assets
- Define and evolve creative strategy in collaboration with user acquisition, design, and AI teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, CPA, ROAS) and continuously optimize creatives through testing and iteration
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Creative Producers, fostering a culture of innovation and performance
- Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to enhance ideation, production speed, and asset variation
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, acting as the main point of contact for creative needs and aligning stakeholders on priorities
- Oversee external partnerships with freelancers and vendors, including onboarding, negotiation, and performance management
- Drive quarterly creative planning, testing roadmaps, and process improvements to scale production efficiency and impact
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production, particularly across platforms like Meta, TikTok, or Google
- Strong understanding of key user acquisition metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative influences campaign performance
- Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact through creative testing, optimization, and scaling strategies
- Experience leading and managing creative teams in high-output, performance-driven environments
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools for content creation, automation, and optimization
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with a data-driven mindset
- Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and marketing teams in cross-functional settings
