Lead, Cyber Security Engineering

The Northern Trust Company seeks a Lead, Cyber Security Engineering to act as a technical engineering lead for the privileged access management program. Own the configuration, administration, and maintenance of CyberArk solution. Drive privileged access management initiatives to improve the broader security posture as demonstrated by metrics. Manage privileged account credentials, including those that are interactive, non-interactive, and API-based. Define and deliver policies, platforms, safes, and users to meet business requirements.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, and 5 years of experience with privileged access management solutions. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field and 5 years of experience with privileged access management solutions, employer will accept 7 years of experience with privileged access management solutions.. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience leading enterprise-wide privileged access management technology solution adoption at a medium-to-large scale company; 3 years of experience as a systems engineer within the financial services industry; 3 years of experience with password repository technology and session governance; and 3 years of experience with C++, JAVA, and .NET. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
