About this role:
You will be part of our Global Scoober Operations Data Analytics (SODA) team in Amsterdam. Scoober is the logistics delivery business in JET. Our delivery business plays a critical role in our future growth ambitions to empower every food and convenience moment. We are looking for an expert in applying advanced data analytics skills on solving day to day business problems. You will combine data-driven insights and business knowledge to support logistics operations to grow and continuously optimize the logistic network from all perspectives, such as system configurations, courier recruitment and engagement, forecasting and planning. You will perform analyses and present crystal clear insights to stakeholders, so that your audience can adopt it in their daily work. As such, you will use your superb communication skills in transmitting your passion for data to others!
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Assist stakeholders, from frontline to C-level, to solve business problems with comprehensive data analytics solutions;
• Develop the multivariate analysis and understand the correlation between KPIs;
• Visualize your findings in Tableau/slides with a storytelling way and promote data driven decisions.
• Proactively deliver new insights to improve logistics operation for Just Eat Takeaway;
• Independently lead (strategic) assignments and projects (typically requiring cross-functional teams multiple stakeholders with potentially competing needs, and with impact on the business)
• Develop guidelines, best practices and drive adoption throughout the data community

What will you bring to the table?

• Proficient in extracting and manipulating data from SQL and NoSQL data stores (e.g. BigQuery).
• Experience with a Cloud platform and Python.
• Familiarity with multivariate analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of logistics KPIs is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and expectation management skills.
• Ability to deliver clear, data-driven insights to varying levels of data literacy.
• Experience working in agile teams with code reviews and source control.
