Lead Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst for the analytics team to help our customers explore their healthcare data, understand how to improve the health of the population and bring down the cost of healthcare

A Day in the Life

• Work towards building new solutions while maintaining and providing support for existing production ready codes.
• Find opportunities for code enhancements and optimizations
• Write well-documented maintainable Python/SQL code
• Work with the leaders and other stakeholders to understand their pain points and build large-scale solutions
• Build tools for repeatable data tasks that will accelerate and automate the development cycle, thus bringing higher efficiencies.

.What You Need

• 6+ years of experience in writing production ready and optimized codes to help solve customer issues.
• Exemplary Python and SQL skills.
• Strong Data Modeling skills and ETL knowledge
• Experience in manipulating/transforming data and performing data analysis based on requirements.
• Proven capability of optimizing codes to make the process more efficient.
• Familiarity with cloud concepts to enable setting up end to end processes
• Mentor the junior team members and help them grow in their careers.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
