Primary Responsibilities:

• AI and Automation Strategy Development:
  
  
  • Design and implement AI and automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
  • Identify opportunities for AI and automation within technology operations and develop a roadmap for implementation
• System Integration and Automation:

• Integrate AI and automation tools with existing IT infrastructure to streamline processes such as incident response, change management, and system monitoring
• Develop and maintain scripts and programs for automating repetitive tasks and workflows

Monitoring and Optimization:

• Implement AI-driven monitoring solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues within the IT environment
• Continuously optimize AI and automation solutions to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively

Data Analysis and Decision Support:

• Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets for insights that can drive operational improvements
• Create predictive models to forecast potential issues and recommend preventive measures

Incident Management and Response:

• Develop automated incident response strategies to quickly address and resolve IT incidents
• Utilize AI to analyze incident data and identify root causes to prevent future occurrences

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, IT support, and cybersecurity, to ensure seamless integration of AI and automation solutions
• Communicate the benefits and progress of AI and automation initiatives to stakeholders and management

AI Model Development and Maintenance:

• Develop, train, and maintain AI models that are used in technology operations
• Ensure models are up-to-date and retrain them as necessary to maintain accuracy and relevance

Documentation and Compliance:

• Document AI and automation processes, workflows, and solutions for transparency and knowledge sharing
• Ensure that AI and automation solutions comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies
• Continuously seek out new tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of technology operations

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with automation tools and platforms like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar
• Experience with Azure OpenAI
• Solid knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Knowledge of AI driven Software Development Lifecycle
• Knowledge of IT operations and best practices
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services
• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven solid Prompt Engineering Skills
• Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities
