Responsibilities:

- The role of the SDA is to accurately and timely execute on request for data and analysis build and maintain data transformationmove processes build ad-hoc and recurring reports and dashboards to answer complex questions and resolve business issues.

- Responsible for collecting data sources analyzing and extracting key data and information using various tools systems and technical skills.

- Should have experience in handling data analyst role

- Should be experienced in BI tools like Tableau Qlik.

- Work with Business Analyst to translate business requirements and accurately execute on datareporting needs

- Creates data mining models statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies

- Build]Maintain and Run Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processes using SSIS

- Use SQL to query databases and extract data to answer complex business questions

- Build and maintain tablesviewsstored procedures using SQL Management studios

- Develop ad-hoc and recurring reports and dashboards using ExcelSSRSPowerBI and Tableau

- Summarize and analyze large datasets to understand business drivers and help business leaders make decisions

- Identify opportunities for improvements within the analytics team's day to day processes and assist in execution.

Requirement Understanding and Analysis-

Review the raw requirements to understand the key outcomes expected by the client Provide technical guidance to the team to identify the data source and review data profiling to understand the data and its quality Review logic that needs to be incorporated in the architecture to ensure the data meets the requirements Identify POC requirement to conduct the feasibility of the requirement if required

Data Discovery & Profiling-

Understand the relationships across different data sources and domains and provide guidance to an Analyst Post sign-off design complex queries to analyze the existing data and provide critical business insights

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between USD ($90kp/a - $100kp/a) depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
