What You'll Bring:
The Senior Data & Analytics Engineer will plan and design the departments data integration work, including developing a data model, maintaining an analytics environment, and writing scripts for data integration and analysis. As the Analytics team member, will be responsible for crafting and building cloud-based applications and data systems that will serve as the backbone for the enterprise data management and analytics capabilities. The role is based in the US with the following set of expectations and responsibilities:

• Detailed understanding of platform components like Infrastructure, SDLC tool chain, Data management, Databases and security aspects.
• Be able to design and deploy analytical or machine learning data products for the fraud analytics and Customer Insights.
• Develop, automate, maintain, and improve analytical tools, customer databases, data pipelines and new customer scoring algorithms.
• Sets data architecture and data modelling principles, standards and guidelines. Also sets the technical direction for data and cross-functional projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert in data engineering and GCP data technologies.
• Writing and reviewing code in a programming language such as Python, PySpark, SQL etc.

We'd Love to See:

• Prior Experience in architecting, designing and development Data Management and Analytics tools and platforms, ETL & Data Warehouse systems is a plus.
• Experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) associated Services and techs will be Plus.
• Familiarity with one or more data-oriented workflow orchestration frameworks (KubeFlow, Airflow, Argo, etc.)
• Experience in developing and maintaining ML systems built with open-source tools. (Feast, ML Flow is a big plus)
• Experience participating and leading the scrum process in agile teams with documentation of product and platform releases, epics and user stories.

Impact You'll Make:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other engineering discipline
• Experience with a major cloud provider (AWS and/or GCP).
• Experience building custom integrations between cloud-based systems using APIs.
• Strong understanding of Analytics Toolkits, benchmarking, and continuous integration.
• Open to learn and explore new toolsets and technology and innovative solutions.
