Builds and maintains the most complex systems in the business. Acts as the go-to resource for the most challenging tasks. Has many years of experience building applications and is able to communicate clearly complex ideas to various audiences. Bright, seasoned individual with a “get it done” mentality. Responsibilities

• Work with product manager and lead developer to design and implement enhancements. Take part in system SDLC including analysis, coding, and testing.
• Take care of Maintenance and support for the application.
• Work with the business community to turn business requirements into cost-effective and elegant solutions. 
• Perform design and code reviews with senior technical staff.
• Act as the person everyone turns to resolve client’s problems.
• Help to evaluate from the technical perspective and implement integrations with Service Delivery Applications in the JLL environment. This includes 3rd party applications and development tools.
• Take part in mentoring less senior team members.
• Work with BI Delivery Lead to ensure quality, efficient and optimized delivery and processes on ground - Focus on day to day delivery and manage key delivery details such as Quality, Dependencies, Schedule, Risk & Issue resolution and Optimal resource allocation.
• Participate in key Solution design and reviews.
• Apart from delivery, will also engage in driving crucial programs and initiatives by working with different stakeholders from a Client Delivery perspective.

Experience & Education 

• 12+ years of experience
• College-degree or equivalent. Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
• Technology: Has strong experience with DW/BI and related technologies. Candidate should be versed in diverse technologies. 
• Must have at least 8 years’ experience working with complex systems in a technical and project leadership capacity.
• Strong organizational skills, stakeholder management and proven ability to effectively multitask.
• Strong estimation and project management experience.
• Strong foundation in variety of development methodologies.
• Ability to coach and define practices to make entire team improve.
• Good debugging skills and strong experience with performance tuning/optimization.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in Data tools and technologies particularly MS Azure Databricks, SQL.
• Strong experience in Python, PySpark.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge and working experience in DW/BI, Data Engineering and/or Data Science using different tools and in different domains.
• Good knowledge of GitHub, Agile methodologies and tools.
• Nice to have: Experience in Data Science, AI/ML - good understanding and demonstrated application of the concepts, various models and algorithms.
• Nice to have: Experience in Tableau, Power BI or other reporting tools.
