Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Lead Data Management Service Analyst to join our growing team! In this role, you will serve as the data subject matter expert and primary point of contact for a designated pool of Sales Analytics & Data Management (SA/DM) clients. You will coordinate with other internal teams to ensure that the clients' daily exceptions are processed timely and accurately.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary client contact for data related inquiries
  • Facilitate research across Broadridge business units to resolve client challenges
  • Perform routine and exceptional data cleansing responsibilities to optimize data integrity
  • Analyze data trends and identify potential data inaccuracies; recommend solutions for scalability across all clients
  • Provide world class service to ensure client retention / satisfaction
  • Participate in client status calls; escalate client concerns to DM Leadership and / or designated Client Services Manager as appropriate
  • Represent Data Management Service (DMS) Team on companywide initiatives including new client / new product implementations, release planning and general process improvement initiatives; serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on specified features/functionality accordingly
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 + years prior customer service experience (preferably in the financial services industry)
  • PL/SQL experience preferred
  • Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Must be highly effective in a fast paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment #LI-PS1
