About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist with a specialization in large language models (LLMs) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions, primarily leveraging LLMs, to enhance our software products and capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to work in a cutting-edge field, making significant contributions to industry-leading technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and implement AI solutions, with a focus on LLMs, to improve our software solutions and capabilities.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract insights, identify trends, and make recommendations for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering and software teams to integrate AI models into our software products.
- Lead data collection efforts to train and refine our AI models.
- Implement tools and processes to monitor the performance and accuracy of our AI models.
- Communicate complex data findings and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders in clear, understandable language.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, LLMs, and data science, and integrate these advancements into our work.
- Mentor junior team members and create a positive, collaborative team environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably with a focus on LLMs and/or in the tech industry.
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, with a special emphasis on LLMs.
- Proficiency in data science toolkits and libraries such as Python.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Publication or contribution to open-source projects in the field of AI or LLMs.
