As a Lead Data Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, your focus will be on ensuring seamless data integration, maintaining high-quality standards, and upholding data security within this dynamic domain.
It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data solutions utilizing Azure Data stack, Azure Databricks and microservices pattern
  • Create and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Ensure data quality and perform data cleansing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into various systems and applications
  • Provide technical support for data access and delivery processes
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Azure Data stack, Azure Databricks and Databricks
  • Experience with Python and PySpark
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English level required, B2 minimum
Nice to have
  • Experience with Azure Data Lake Analytics
