Lead Developer (Amazon Connect)

CC.Talent is seeking a highly skilled Amazon Connect Lead Developer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of innovative Amazon Connect solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions.

• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their growth.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and stakeholders to understand business needs.

• Stay updated with the latest Amazon Connect features and best practices.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in Amazon Connect deployments.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

• Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap for the Amazon Connect platform.

• Manage the development team's workload for efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, preferably with AWS.

  • 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect, including a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a development team.

• Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect architecture, APIs, and functionalities.

  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and their integration with Amazon Connect (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB).

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications (preferred but not always required):

  • AWS Certified Developer – Associate.

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.

  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate.

  • Amazon Connect-related training or certifications.

• Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Science & Technology or equivalent.
