Our Information Technology (IT) department is looking for a Lead Developer, Data & Analytics Services to take on a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology, and enabling our business functions to make faster and easier informed decisions.

This role will be partnering closely with our Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory functions within our organization, and you will interact with business leaders, business process analysts, and end-users to identify and deliver reporting and analytic solutions.

Other duties & responsibilities you are signing up for:

• Designing, developing, and supporting BI applications on Qlik platforms (QlikView, Qlik Sense, nPrinting), and other BI environments as needed supporting the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory functions.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with Business Users and Business Process Analysts to analyze information needs, develop functional requirements, rapidly prototype solutions, and deliver BI applications helping the business achieve desired outcomes.
• Follow Agile software development methodology. Improve development standards, and adhere to change control, support and governance processes.
• Monitor and drive user adoption of implemented solutions.
• Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, usability and value.
• Participate in creating architecture diagrams and systems documentation that can be understood and used by business users and IS team members.
• Provide guidance to business users in the area of business analytics; assist business users with self-service dashboard development.
• Follow and share applicable best practices.
• Provide support and issue resolution by analyzing issues, discovering root cause, and providing alternative long-term solutions to resolve.
• Ensure the integrity and security of institutional data.
• Create value via logical and innovative solutions that solve complex problems and adhere to best practices.

What do we expect?

• 8+ years of development experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics or ERP areas.
• Experience with a subset of analytics and reporting platforms: Power BI,QlikView, Qlik Sense, OBIEE, Power BI, Orbit, Hyperion Financial Reporting, SmartView, Hyperion Financial Management, Essbase, Tableau, Microstrategy.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses: Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics, Google BigQuery, and Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.
• Extensive SQL experience.
• Proven experience developing in Agile methodology.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems; experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite and Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Business analysis experience required; hands-on experience in process mapping, process improvement and process re-engineering strongly preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to logically analyze complex processes and systems.
• Understanding of enterprise data models and utilization of both relational and dimensional data sources from systems like Oracle EBS, Agile PLM, Hyperion HFM and others.
