What you’ll do

• Manage all technical aspects of assigned project(s)
• +3 years experience releasing apps for app store and google play
• Define architecture based on understanding and applying client’s goals to technology
• Oversee development tasks and control quality and progress
• Prioritize tasks and remove blockers for team members
• Help grow our team by interviewing, evaluating, and mentoring developers
• Collaborate with clients, company leadership, and project team
• Attend and participate in team meetings
• Communicate effectively and proactively
• Keep development on schedule and on budget

What we need

• Leadership or supervisory experience with strong management skills
• Effective time management skills and ability to shift effort based on changing priorities
• Desire to improve experience for our clients and our team members
• Someone who embraces challenges and has a “get it done” attitude

What we’d love

• Experience working with startups, entrepreneurs, and / or product development
• Willingness to take ownership of team experience and their work output
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies 
• React Native
• React.js 
• Node.js 
• .Net
