Lead Development Manager
The Lead Development Manager is responsible for managing the analysis, programming and configuration of IT Systems Software. This job advises developers on best methods of software development and code creation. Working with the leadership team, this job provides project leadership for software development activities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation and development of team.
- Monitors development work to make sure resulting software meets established goals.
- Manages the identification of business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives for the IT System.
- Manages the configuration, customization, diagnosis and enhancements of operating systems software.
- Advises the development and implementation of new products, processes and operational plans.
- Oversees training of users on new or modified software.

Required Skills:
- 5 or more years of experience working as an Development Manager in Actimize Implementations
- 5 or more years of experience implementing IT projects with overall delivery throughout SDLC
- 5 or more years of experience in any one of the following Actimize Tools (SAM, CDDx, WLX, IFX, ActOne)
- 3 or more years of experience in Java/J2EE and/or Angular
- Experience leading a team of minimum 3-5 people
Preferred Skills:
- Development of plugins for RCM and/or AIS is a BIG PLUS
- Experience with Data System integration tools and databases (Oracle, SQL, Data Lake
- Solutions and ETL toolsets) with ability to write queries using SQL, joins, execute DDL/DMLs, query tuning etc.
- Deploy tools (Serena) and source control repositories (Git)
- Experience with Clarity, JIRA, and SharePoint
- Automation and workflow tools (SharePoint, Activiti, BOT)
- Batch processing tools (TWS, Autosys, etc.) and experience with migrations
- Automation and authorization management and secure privilege access tools (Sailpoint, Cyberark, SSO, PING, etc.)
- Experience with budget planning
- Experience with AI/ML
- Ability to gather and convey requirements across cross-functional teams
- Experiencing handling multiple inflight efforts in parallel
- Application analysis and production issue resolution
- An analytical mind, inclination for problem-solving, and detail oriented
- Verbal and written communication skills
Base Pay Range: $116,300/yr. - $193,800/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
