Lead Development Representative
Job Description
Join a leading Home Improvement company in the U.S. as our Lead Development Representative! In this Lead Development Representative role, you’ll connect with local community members to generate quality leads. With a customer-first approach, you’ll assess their interests and recommend the best home renovation and improvement options. You’ll play a vital role in the sales cycle by introducing potential customers to our Sales Management team and providing ongoing support.
Lead Development Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads by emphasizing the benefits and value of our services.
- Clearly communicate the range of home renovation options and features available.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with sincerity and authenticity in every interaction.
- Maintain a professional image and positive attitude as a role model for the team.
- Collaborate efficiently with the Sales team, staying organized and focused.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Track key performance indicators to provide valuable feedback to the team and clients.
- Identify opportunities for improving outreach and lead generation efforts.
Lead Development Representative Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, brand ambassador roles, or sales (direct sales experience is a plus).
- Passion for working with people and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
- Eager to gain hands-on sales experience, including territory management and relationship building.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Natural leadership qualities and a desire to develop them further.
