It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Lead Development Representative role to our growing Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will play an important role in Beyond’s growth strategy by finding and enriching leads. You will assist the Sales and Marketing teams globally by finding new leads for Beyond to sell to and improving our understanding of the short-term rental industry.

As our Lead Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for:
- Proactively sourcing new leads from across the internet
- Enriching contacts in Salesforce to optimize the overall quality of our CRM data
- Using web scraping techniques to streamline the lead scraping process
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing to enrich marketing-generated contacts
- Regularly monitoring CRM data hygiene and conducting system audits to ensure contact data accuracy
- Assisting in the preparation of reports that detail lead volume across different geographies
- Bulk uploading and editing contact lists into Salesforce
- Providing assistance to end-users on Salesforce, and responding swiftly to inquiries

- A keen analyzer: You have an eagle eye for detail and the ability to identify and resolve data issues quickly.
- A team player: You have a knack for building strong cross-functional relationships and are adept at problem-solving.
- Adaptable: You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to shifting priorities while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we’re looking for in a candidate:
- 0-2 years of experience in Lead Scraping, Data Mining, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
- Experience with SaaS / Technology firms is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Hubspot CRMs is preferre
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
