The LDS team members are responsible for scheduling appointments for our Commercial Loan Officers in accordance with Company assigned goals while maintaining compliance with established guidelines. The team engages with customers through a variety of support channels, but primarily outbound calling campaigns. They represent Oak Street Funding well by always presenting a positive, professional image and meeting or exceeding the customers' expectations. This position requires the Lead Development Specialist to utilize relationship building techniques to cultivate relationships that ultimately lead to appointments for our current Loan Officers.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
1+ years of experience working in a high outbound call volume call center or equivalent combination of education and experience

Essential Functions include:
- Contacts potential clients with a prepared script to sell the benefits of an appointment with one of our Commercial Loan Officers
- Advises prospective business owners on impacts of funding business growth
- 90% of efforts focused on driving appointments through outbound calls and correspondence
- Handling multiple tasks with little supervision
- Working in conjunction with our Sales Team to ensure all appointments are properly documented, tracked & properly updated.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and updating information
- Maintains highest levels of quality service by following organization standards
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Experience/Education/Critical Skills Required:
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong PC skills
- Detailed and organized
