Lead DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team dedicated to architecting foundational service frameworks for our product teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in DevOps methodologies and cloud solutions, constantly aiming to refine the reliability and performance of our deployment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Optimize current pipelines for continuous integration and delivery
• Implement and manage services like PostgreSQL and Redis
• Enhance the dependability of deployments
• Simplify development workflows by automating pipelines
• Execute comprehensive testing to guarantee system integrity and functionality
• Perform security scans and compliance assessments
• Unify deployment protocols to ensure consistency throughout various platforms

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps
• 1+ years of significant leadership experience
• Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes
• Competency in scripting using Bash, Python, or Powershell
• Understanding of multiple deployment tactics, such as blue-green and canary
• Experience with Argo CD and YAML configurations
• Independence and outstanding problem-solving skills
• Background in automating cloud environment configuration
• Hands-on expertise in creating and administering CI/CD pipelines
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
