Lead Digital Marketing Analyst- SEO (Remote)

The Lead Digital Marketing Analyst's goal is to help develop and implement well thought out and strategic marketing plans for Digital Marketing to generate Ecommerce sales. This includes the strategy and management for Paid Search, SEO and Programmatic channels. Success will be measured by return-on-investment metrics, as well as overall execution of the plan.

Job Functions

• Partner with agency to lead and develop ongoing Paid Search & Shopping, SEO and Programmatic account optimization processes.
• Develop strategy and work with team to implement tests/ participate in betas, report out on results, and develop recommendations across channels
• Manage budgets with the most efficient use of funds to meet multiple KPIs while driving profitable ROAS and Sales goals
• Lead Paid Search optimizations to include structure improvements, creative testing, audience strategy, keyword expansion, use of negative keywords and improvement in bid management processes.
• Drive ongoing deep dive of SEO keyword and content analysis to understand trends and performance while working with internal and agency teams to make and execute recommendations based on findings.
• Act as a subject matter expert in SEM & SEO and ongoing best practices
• Guide the development of Programmatic and display marketing strategies and programs including acquisition, awareness, remarketing, CTV, OLV, online audio and other emerging channels
• Manage day to day collaboration with media agency to ensure priorities are balanced and achieved in short and long term.
• Strategize and spearhead the coordination of design and content teams to develop assets and initiatives for paid execution
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, digital media, social marketing, and brand teams to determine business priorities to fuel digital strategy.

Intermediate Level

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and/or 4 or more years of marketing or ecommerce industry experience

• Specific Degree: Marketing, Business Administration, or related

• Specific work or project experience: Marketing in-house or agency, or other related experience
• 2 or more years of expeirence in Paid media and digital marketing
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
• Strong excel knowledge and confident with manipulating data to deliver analysis and insights

Knowledge & Skills

• Data-driven/analytical mindset with proven ability to analyze, organize and derive insights and action plans from large amounts of data. Understanding of web analytics platforms, data and interactive attribution models.

• Quantitative skills to conduct analysis, interpret results, identify trends, and formulate solutions

• Ideal candidates will possess strong interactive marketing skills including experience measuring and tracking performance.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Demonstrated capability at effectively communicating at all levels. Ability to develop and deliver scheduled reporting of results to all business levels to

• communicate performance of interactive programs and initiatives, via both written and oral presentation.

• Ideal candidates will have a strong sense of teamwork. Must have experience building and leverage cross functional relationships to effectively collaborate

• A passion and desire to take digital marketing to the highest possible level and adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape is a must.

• Organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly, and prioritize their work.

• Experience managing a Marketing demand driven budget is preferred
