The Integrated Digital Marketing Lead will be an integral member of a new business within NextEra focused on providing innovative, energy SaaS solutions to C&I (Commercial and Industrial) customers and utilities, starting with NextEra 360, NextEra's SaaS platform. NextEra manages $130B+ worth of renewable assets and NextEra 360 was created almost 10 years ago to improve NextEra's own asset performance. Today we're bringing NextEra 360 to the market as an end-to-end energy management solution to help our customers to unlock the potential to efficiently accelerate their decarbonization journey.
The Integrated Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for initiating, driving, and implementing marketing initiatives to accelerate lead generation while also improving brand presence and product adoption. Will provide expertise and support for NextEra 360 Marketing team within the NextEra Analytics organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support NextEra 360 software sales goals by developing, coordinating, and implementing digital marketing campaigns and establishing overarching strategy for industry tradeshows, events, etc.
- Craft the overall strategy for both paid and unpaid marketing platforms to meet the business goals of the organization.
- Work cross-functionally to manage and gain alignment for online marketing efforts by combining creative communication skills and technical savviness to devise and implement trend setting brand campaigns across all platforms and analyze results.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels.
- Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results
- Implement and manage online lead generation tools, including tracking metrics and realigning tactics to improve conversion rate.
- Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics
- Use analysis, visualization, and experiments to optimize digital traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Work with a high degree of initiative and independence. Anticipate marketing needs and develop solutions that further the business objectives to ensure successful implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in event management, digital marketing, paid search and/or paid social marketing campaigns working in companies and/or creative agencies.
- Ability to develop, manage and execute all aspects of marketing events including tradeshows and webinars.
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A proactive organized approach to responsibilities and problem solving with attention to detail.
- Dedication to customer service and the flexibility to meet the demands of assigned projects with enthusiasm and passion for getting the job done.
Travel Requirements
~25% regional travel tied to marketing events, sales opportunities, special meetings, and outreach program events.

Job Overview
The Integrated Digital Marketing Lead will establish strategies for integrated activations and aligning all digital marketing initiatives. This role is key in the success of driving conversion and brand preference for the NextEra 360 software as we increase product visibility in the marketplace and run impactful marketing projects that translate to orders.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Implements programs and works closely with management to plan and design campaign analytical approaches that include, but are not limited to, implementation of test, control, and holdout methodologies via a campaign management platform
- Interacts with vendors and agencies to coordinate the integration of various data sources
- Compiles marketing, customer, and campaign tracking data into regular reports used to aid leadership decisions and assist with the strategic allocation of resources
- Participates in the research and procurement of various marketing leads, lists, and contacts for the purpose of furthering customer growth and profitability initiatives
- Calculates basic figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Reads, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and manuals
- Writes detailed reports, business correspondences, and procedure manuals
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

This role is responsible for community management and social listening to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for engagement. This individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and execute on social media content opportunities.

- Community manage inbound mentions and messages identifying engagement opportunities and escalating key mentions
- Work with internal partners and SMEs to develop and publish content to social channels
- Utilize social listening tools to identify common themes, emerging issues, trending misinformation, and company mentions
- Draft and produce social content as needed
- Pull monthly and quarterly reporting and safety reports
- Attend cross-functional meetings to identify social media content opportunities
- Contribute to monthly editorial content calendars
- Develop compelling social media visuals
- Provide social media support at events
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
