Lead Digital Strategist

Would you like to:

• Lead digital strategy projects and provide strategic consultancy to clients
• Support and facilitate client workshops, lead strategic activities, and contribute to marketing initiatives

• Work closely with client partners to transform businesses globally and identify business opportunities and challenges with new and existing clients
• Contribute to the creation and development of new tools and methods, enriching our offerings
• Lead and empower a talented and passionate digital strategy team, fostering innovation and excellence in projects

We would like you to be:

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy projects, preferably in the design industry
• Comfortable working with colleagues from other disciplines, such as technology and data
• Experienced with technical teams and agile product development environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Skilled in stakeholder management and navigating complex organisations and business environments
• Fluent in German and English
