We have an exciting and rewarding career opportunity and are now seeking a dynamic, dependable, and reliable Lead Direct Support Professional with the strong desire to assist individuals we support reach their goals and lead a high quality of life.

The Lead Direct Support Professional position is responsible to assist the Program Director with the coordination of services to the individuals served, including finances, medical, recreation, program services, family contact/involvement, education, health, household management, and completing paperwork, among others. This position also assists the Program Director in maintaining consistency in program implementation, individual care, and communication with staff and interdisciplinary team members. The Lead Direct Support Professional also carries out the duties of a regular Direct Support Professional.

• Must be at least 18-years old
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation
• Flexibility
