Lead E-Commerce Developer

We are looking for a talented senior developer who will lead our growing e-commerce department . For this position you should have at least 5 years of commercial experience.

Type of employment It is a full-time employment position: you will join Xfive’s core team. Working from our Kraków’s office located in the heart of Kazimierz district as well a hybrid or fully remote mode is available.

General skills

• You are able to deliver projects on time and at a high-quality level

• You have a passion for development and continuous self-education

• You have a consistent coding style and passion for well-organized clean code

• You have good verbal and written communication skills in English and you are not afraid to communicate with the clients directly during online meetings

• You have at least 2 years of experience in leading a team performing code reviews and interviewing candidates

Front-end development skills

• Very good knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript (ES6) Responsive Web Design Performance Optimization & Accessibility .

• Good knowledge of at least one of the leading JavaScript frameworks / libraries ( React is preferred)

• Experience with headless ecosystem

• Good knowledge of scalable and maintainable CSS methodologies & architecture ( BEM ITCSS ) and CSS preprocessors ( SCSS is preferred).

• Attention to detail and basic aesthetic sense.

• Ability to convert UI design to a functional front-end

E-commerce development skills Shopify

• Very good knowledge of Shopify and Shopify Plus platform

• Good knowledge of Shopify Liquid template language

• Experience with Shopify CLI and Theme Kit

• Experience with headless ecosystem is a plus

• Shopify certificates and courses are plus.

(and/or) BigCommerce

• Very good knowledge of BigCommerce platform

• Experience with Stencil

• BigCommerce certificates are a plus

• Experience with headless ecosystem is a plus
