This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior GTM Enablement Manager - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement robust onboarding and enablement programs across the go-to-market organization. Your efforts will ensure that each new hire develops a strong understanding of our product and GTM strategies from day one, fostering continuous growth as the market evolves. By collaborating closely with various departments, you will deliver high-impact programs aimed at improving ramp time and productivity, ultimately driving revenue generation. This position is crucial in enabling teams to thrive in a competitive landscape.

Accountabilities

  • Build and launch a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.
  • Create and operationalize a GTM enablement strategy supporting continuous learning.
  • Establish a defined training calendar with measurable engagement metrics.
  • Partner with Product and GTM teams to assess and enhance enablement effectiveness.
  • Build cross-functional alignment through feedback loops and deal analysis.
  • Stay aligned with Product on roadmap and materials for current enablement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to maintain competitive intelligence.
  • Provide regular updates to training materials in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Serve as the AI lead for the Marketing team, improving efficiency through training.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools within Marketing through structured evaluations.
  • Develop a dedicated BDR onboarding program to improve ramp time.
  • Contribute to external content initiatives aligned with marketing goals.
  • Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in enablement in a tech environment.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, BDR, and Customer Success teams.
  • Proven track record of creating impactful onboarding programs.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Experience with complex products and technical subjects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to provide actionable feedback and direction.
  • Interest in AI tools and tech, with implementation experience.
  • Strong writing skills for external-content contributions.
  • Experience with BDR or SDR team program development is preferred.
