Job Description:

Lead Engineer

Design, develop, support, deploy and/or test and influence advanced technology solutions of small scale that are high-quality, innovative, efficient, creative, scalable, adaptable, dynamic, fully performing and comply with all standards and best practices in support of business and Client outcomes and objectives. Work independently and apply advanced engineering skills, tools, practices, and techniques to all deliverables. Exhibits advanced understanding of core engineering concepts such as: development, testing, source control, security, performance, data, DevSecOps, system administration, agile planning, and focused on learning more about these domains. Ability to focus on task at hand, follow-through on prescribed plan with ability to be flexible and think under pressure. Highly motivated team player with a strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Designing and developing modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
• Developing application codes and unit tests in JavaScript Frameworks such as (React and/or Angular), Java Technologies, and Rest Web Services.
• Provide technical leadership for small to medium-scale projects.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in application development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related preferred
• Strong Communication Skills
• Self-Learning
• Self-Motivated
• Desire to perform at high levels

Preferred Experience/Skills

• Competent developer in the following areas:
• Frontend Technologies such as: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React
• Backend Technologies such as: Node, Java, GoLang, Python
• Agile software development life cycle practices
