Lead Engineer - IT

Job Description:Qualifications:

We are looking for a Senior Lead Engineer - Varicent Developer & Candidate should have 6+ years of experience in:

• Develop/Enhance compensation solutions using Varicent for various incentive plans. 

• Strong hands-on Experience in Varicent Version 10.

• Create and implement elegantly coded and effectively tuned solutions that enable high performance and ease of maintenance. 

• Optimize queries and reports utilized within the platform. 
  Create and troubleshoot Presenter and Presenter Adaptive reports.

• Good hands-on experience on Workflow and Webforms.
  Support the investigation and troubleshooting of complex business issues.
  Core Competencies:

   

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Strong knowledge in RDBMS concepts and hands-on on SQL queries

• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and business teams 

• Knowledge of mathematical calculations to summarize and aggregate large volumes of data. 

   

  Preferences:
   

• Good to have knowledge on Javascript & Python
