Job Title: Lead Engineer - Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Primary Purpose: The Sr. SFCC Lead Engineer will be responsible to implement SFCC solutions per technical solutions specifically provided by the Architect. The candidate will be responsible to provide technical guidance to systems analysts and other team members. The right candidate demonstrates technical expertise, strong communication skills, and leadership in a consultative role to product and engineering teams.

- Provide technical oversight and big-picture oversight for development of client implementations on the Commerce Cloud platform.
- Provide assessments and recommendations on the design of e-commerce systems, while integrating components built by developers and ensuring platforrm integrity of the system
- Providing feasibility analysis and doing POC's for third party SFCC cartridge integrations.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to solution partners and client developers regarding the implementation and maintenance of e-commerce solutions based on Commerce Cloud best practices.
- Perform Impact Analysis across enterprise systems as well as third party solutions and provide high level cost and effort estimates for all major SFCC initiatives
- Develop technical implementation plans and timelines with key engineering stakeholders and enterprise standards
- Identify and enforce overall technology principles, framework and standards. Enforce and guide a technical and code review process to ensure all solutions are thoroughly vetted
- Align the platform vision and overall roadmap with the technical requirements of the SFCC stack

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware.
- Experience in handling at least 4-6 end to end SFCC development/implementation projects with wide landscape of across the globe markets/Regions.
- Knowledge of cross cloud architecture, SFCC, SFMC and SFCC
- Agile Scrum implementation methodology
- Ability to lead, direct and challenge teams in process, methods and approach.
- Strong understanding of e-Commerce ecosystems and processes that include end-to-end data flows and processing from order management, fulfilment, payments, customer service and other back-end systems
- In-depth knowledge of various client side and server side technologies
- Ability to multi task and successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Communicate effectively to IT management as well as business area experts with skills such as empathetic and active listening, and clearly and patiently articulate solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related preferred.

- Solid grasp of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript; Cross-browser compatibility, W3C compatibility.
Prior development experience in Javascript - node.js, React, Angular.js along with, PHP, Java, SQL - Exposure to PII & PCI policies as well as Ecommerce security
