Job Overview
TE Connectivity in Middletown, PA is looking for an IT Program Manager, Sales & Marketing to partner closely with Global Marketing, Sales, Customer Care teams to accelerate value from digital capabilities in the areas of Digital Commerce (D2C, B2C), Consumer Engagement & CRM, and Digital Route to Markets in North America, Europe, and Asia. Translate business goals to drive opportunity identification, and solution definition. Lead problem definition, and requirement gathering phase for initiatives. Work closely with the Architects (EA) and Functional Analysts (FA) to recommend solutions and act as the one-stop-shop for IT. Design and develop proposals, usability studies, software evaluations and buy vs. build recommendations. Manage relationships with vendors for strategic engagements and both internal/external delivery partners. Partner with business on organization change and ensure rollout/adoption plans are in place to realize value from IT Investments. Understand DCS Technology Landscape which include SAP, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Hybris, Eloqua & MuleSoft as the core foundation, to guide the business on best practices to maximize usage and deliver business outcomes. Stay informed on new technologies and drive selection process for technology including impact analysis on architecture, skills, and talent within the organization, driving consensus and negotiating pricing terms. Apply portfolio management expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks to exceed customer expectations and manage financial commitments. What your background should look like:
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
Special Requirements:
Requires 5 years of experience with the following:
1) Customer Relationship Management.
2) Functional Analysis.
3) Team Management & Project Leadership.
Requires 4 years of experience with the following:
4) Salesforce.com working on Sales & Service Cloud.
5) Agile Methodology.
6) Release/DevOps Management.
