The Lead Exposure Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring timely exposure submissions, reviewing exposure submission for completeness and appropriateness, triggering trade requests to hedge, monitoring to identify exposure changes , supporting the quarter end process and preparing various reports for senior management.

As the Lead Exposure Management Analyst will support in execution of the hedging strategies and will constantly monitor exposures to take hedging actions:

• Coordinating exposure submission, review exposure submissions for appropriateness and validate hedging trades created by the Treasury Management System
• Partnering with Middle office & front office to ensure trades executed are settled properly and manage any breaks.
• Follow-up with various teams (segment FPA, regional FPA, Tax team, Transfer pricing team, GFC, Accenture) to ensure data is received timely and is of actionable quality.
• Regular monitoring for key transactions Example: significant billings & collections in SPOT based ledgers to ensure timely rebalancing actions are taken.
• Identifying and monitoring ledgers with significant changes in exposure to ensure off cycle rebalancing actions are taken when required.
• Preparing periodic MIS for the Treasurer, Controller, Segment Finance Teams, and other senior management.
• Supporting Exposure management, FO & analytics Leader to prepare and publish a treasury dashboard with key treasury metrics by LE & country.
• Supporting the quarter end process by validating FX , interest expense & income impacts and understand drivers for variance versus forecasts
• Ad-hoc projects & analysis to support treasury activities as required including BD transaction support.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university or college

• Proven years of experience in a large and complex MNC Corporate Treasury function
• Excellent communication skills in various forms, including verbal, written and presentational
• Experience of interacting with senior stakeholders, the post holder will need to relate to senior business and finance leaders
• Managing relationships; able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels within the organization
• Resilience, there are many pressures within the role which are related to both time and the need to make appropriate decisions within a dynamic environment
