As a Lead Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for managing the business cycles- Quarterly, multi-year and annual plans, budgets, and forecasts at each level of the organization. Report key KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization-commercial (price and discounting), mfg., R&D new production introductions, Eng, supply, commissioning, and customer past dues. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
- Advises Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in their own field.
- Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributes to projects as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 1-2 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 1-6 months after the event
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) with at least 2 years of experience in Finance preferably in FP&A Operations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
- Proven analytical and organizational ability
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
