Partner with the best

As a Lead Finance Specialist, you will provide financial planning and support for the Production Solutions segment. This role will be a key member of the Production Solutions Finance team, supporting the Artificial Lift and Chemicals business.

As a FP&A Lead Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
  • Defining KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, supply, commissioning.
  • Analyzing the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed
  • Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
  • Handling communications with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects
  • Working goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance)
  • Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in FP&A Operations.
  • Have experience partnering with business leaders and the ability to influence others to drive financial performance.
  • Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
