We are looking for a Lead Finance Systems analyst/administrator with extensive NetSuite and Coupa experience and a previous functional accounting and FP&A background. A collaborative and solution-oriented personality is important as you’ll work closely with the user community to understand their evolving needs with an emphasis on proactive discovery of operational deficiencies and continuous improvement.
Organization skills are a must as the role includes managing the resulting work queue and also actively participating in various intermediate to large projects. Your communication skills will shine through as you’ll be one of the main voices that interacts with our internal customers. Previous experience incorporating controls into application administration is a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Act as a principal administrator for NetSuite, Coupa, BlackLine, Anaplan, and other apps used to support Finance processes.
- Design and implement solutions to support and enhance DO business processes (including changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards)Â
- Work with your team and stakeholders to prioritize issues and enhancements
- Provide technical support of complex issues to our business partners
- Manage the application upgrade calendar, review release notes for applicable enhancements and communicate to the user community.
- Assist with design, plan, and execution of testing rounds throughout the Financial Systems environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Story Grooming, and Retrospective
- Contribute to long term architecture planning and roadmap
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation and/or Administrator certification
- Experience in finance and/or financial systems roles strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with administration, configuration, report development in NetSuite and Coupa
- Prior functional accounting or FP&A experience would be a big plus
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Strong communication skills including concise writing, creation of slide decks and presenting various levels of organizations
- Ability to foster collaboration within diverse and distributed teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn new technologies
- We reward our employees. (The base salary range for this position is between $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 based on relevant years of experience and skills. The salary range for this role is specific to candidates located within the U.S. and will vary for candidates outside the U.S..) Employees may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees including grants of equity upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
