Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with an established client base.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, leveraging your sales expertise.
• Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial advising.
• At least 3 years of sales or business development experience.
• CFP designation preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow the business.
• Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM systems.
  

Salary with Commission

• Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000
• Commission: 20%-30% on new business development
