Omnicell is currently seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to support the North America Financial Planning & Analysis (NA FP&A) team. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Finance and will have exposure across the organization. Core responsibilities include driving processes surrounding quarterly/annual forecasting, key metric reporting, and ad-hoc analyses.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic finance partner, interfacing with various levels of organization to understand key business drivers and provide financial analysis/decision support
- Drive quarterly/annual revenue forecasting
- Report key metrics for multiple solutions
- Develop advanced financial models and analysis to support business decision making
- Engage in ad-hoc analyses/special projects as needed
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Organized thinker with a strong process background and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff
- Ability to present financial analysis/financial recommendations in a cohesive, concise matter to senior finance and business management
- Ability to work both independently and as part of the NA FP&A team
- Possess high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work
- Strong work ethic, patience, and customer service orientation
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting/business related discipline
- 5 or more years of progressive experience in a Financial Analysis role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel to include: complex formatting, macros, pivot tables, etc.
- Background working with SaaS/Subscription product offerings
Work Conditions
- Dynamic work environment with multiple/constant deadlines
- Extended work hours during peak times/as required
- This position requires minimal US based travel with a max of 5%
- This position is 100% remote enabled from any US location
