Ultimate Kronos Group is seeking a hardworking & dedicated Lead Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our Global Delivery Services (GDS) Finance team. The right candidate will possess expert Excel skills, be experienced with big data, highly inquisitive, innovative and solution orientated. Working to strict timelines you will be responsible for understanding and correcting any data issues, providing insights on trends and metrics with a view to providing key inputs into the Driver-Based Long-term Revenue Model.

Job Responsibilities• Analyze, understand, investigate anomalies, and clean the data to timescales• Refine existing forecast models to improve forecast accuracy and highlight key drivers• Ensure accurate and timely production of regular reporting packages• Serve as a Business Partner for GDS in developing budgets and forecasts, and monthly variance analysis • Contribute to discussions with key stakeholders in Finance and GDS about findings and data• Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed• Contribute to new metrics & dashboards to drive business performance and business intelligence

Skills / Qualifications• Expert with Excel • Experience of working with data, and Power BI knowledge would be useful • Ability to handle time-sensitive projects• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and interest in continuous process improvement• Self-starter with the ability to work independently under general supervision while keeping supervisor informed • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to establish harmonious working relationships with co-workers and to work effectively in a professional team environment • Flexibility and openness to change in an evolving environment

Qualifications

Business Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

5+ years of experience in Professional Services Finance, Operations Finance, or Corporate FP&A
