Lead Financial Analyst (hybrid- flexible options)

Broadridge is hiring! We are recruiting for a dynamicLead Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our FP&A team supporting the Broadridge Customer Communications (BRCC) business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help set expectations for management and deliver timely financials to help provide strategic insight into the business's short, medium, and long term outlook.

This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement forward-looking financial models, product profitability metrics, new business scenarios and ad hoc analyses to further support improved financial performance
• Prepare monthly financial statements with variance and trend analysis
• Prepare financial forecasts, annual operating plan (budget) and annual multi-year strategic plan
• Support strategic initiatives including impact of business models and tactical execution
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
• Build and manage relationships with various business partners to review financial performance and opportunities
• Ensure month end close activities are performed accurately and within required timelines

Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical and financial skills with deep understanding of P&L management
• Experience with management reporting, budgeting, planning and forecasting
• Outstanding ability to communicate and break down sophisticated ideas into understandable and actionable messages
• Proactive attitude
• Highly collaborative individual who can influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
• Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy with tight deadlines on critically meaningful work
• Bachelors Degree (Finance or business preferred)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of applicable experience
• CFA or MBA preferred
• Oracle or TM1 experience preferred

Salary range $80,000- $ 105,000. Bonus Eligible.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
