We are excited to be growing our team! We are actively seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing organization that has career opportunities for high potential performers. In this role you will focus on valuable revenue analysis which requires a deep understanding of the underlying revenue accounting fundamentals and drivers of revenue. You will be responsible for multiple business divisions and will partner closely with each of the operation's leadership teams. The role requires the ability to multi-task and complete many high priority responsibilities simultaneously. You will need a strong sense of personal accountability and be able to take initiative to problem solve on their own.

Responsibilities:

• Drive predictive thinking, data management and operational improvement across all facets of our BAMS FP&A output as well as that of Business and Finance partners
• Work directly with Senior Management to help design and create scalable financial reporting and metrics using latest technology and software tools
• Collaborate with FP&A colleagues to align data collection and organization methodologies and implement solutions for workflow efficiency gains.
• Proactively research opportunities to use Broadridge non-finance systems to enhance our BAMS FP&A reporting and processing capabilities.
• Prepare monthly financial documents within the Oracle general ledger environment, including:
  • Headcount and Labor analysis
  • Expense monitoring and
  • AWS usage monitoring and forecasting
  • Monthly operational and external financial reporting
  • Month end close requirements submitted timely and accurately
  • Preparation of financial forecasts, annual operating plan (budget) and annual multi-year strategic plan
• Complete various FP&A analysis applying data visualization software including:
  • Comparison of monthly results to plan, forecast and prior year
  • Analytic review/variance analysis of all major financial measures
  • Open Headcount and cost of resource analyses
• Actively engage in meetings with senior leadership including preparing and delivering presentations to management
• Manage Adhoc requests, such as:
  • Operational reviews/financial analyses
  • Contract review
  • New business and pricing scenarios
  • Capital analyses, including preparation of Capital Appropriation Requests
  • Other misc analyses as required by management or BAMS FP&A team
• Effectively mentor and guide other team member(s) to foster continuous professional growth and learning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related area.
• 5+ years experience in financial/cost analysis.
• Self starter with the ability to work on multiple projects with minimal direct supervision.
• Strong technology, data science and visualization skills are critical, Expertise with Power BI, SQL scripting and/or Python strongly preferred. Strong excel skills required.
• Expertise with Snowflake and Tableau a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and accept accountability for encouraged results.
• Ready to work within highly engaged and team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior management on a one on one basis.
• Data analytics/ data science experience is a plus
• Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills

Salary range $100,000 - $105,000. Bonus Eligible.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
