Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Defines and carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements.
• Does Automation, writes test plans and detailed test scripts supporting test cases derived from an analysis of functional requirements and programming specifications.
• Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects prior to implementation. Documents and works to resolve all problems. Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
• Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
• Establishes software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing and maintenance.
• Works closely with developers across regions.
• Models data for the purposes of analytics and reporting in order to facilitate clear and simple access to non-technical users across varying Business Units.
• Reviews business requirements with regards to reporting, advises on the pros and cons of the possible technical solutions.
• Translates business needs into technical specifications and provides input to the requirements for the development of a solution.
• Creates reports, graphs and other visualizations to accurately and plainly represent stories within the data.
• Writing relational and multi-dimensional database queries.
• Perform code reviews and optimization of existing queries.
• Tracks and defines work within JIRA or similar.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven experience as a software engineer, with a strong focus on React development.
• Previous working experience as a React.JS Lead/Architect.
• Solid experience in the design, development and use of component-based UI architectures.
• Demonstrable knowledge of large scale, JavaScript application architectures.
• Knowledge of React tools including Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the React ecosystem.
• Proven ability and curiosity to quickly learn new technologies and a keen interest in working with global team for solving complex business needs.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a team/collaborative environment.
