Job Title: Lead front end React Developer

Location: Irving-TX-USA

Description:

Hybrid, in office 1 day/month

Candidate needs to be a React expert (including the creation of React interfaces secured via OAUTH, SAML, and JWT) with strong front end development experience including Angular, Node, NPM, and d3.

JOB DUTIES:

• Design, Develop and test React applications from scratch - (including the creation of React interfaces secured via OAUTH, SAML, and JWT).
• Experienced with Design and development using Angular, Bootstrap, React, Node, NPM and d3.
• comfortable with:
• git

1. eclipse
2. balsamiq
3. java (at least client-side)
4. sql
5. generating graphics (for both icons and page decoration)

• Gather client-side requirements, create wireframes and prototype interfaces quickly, prior to implementation.
• Confirm to existing industry and Verizon security coding standards adhering to fortify scan and other security tool review requirements.
• Provide code review, and documentation in support thereof, for code inspection reviews as part of the DevOps software packaging and deployment lifecycle.
• Implement DevOps pipeline automation in support of secure development lifecycle.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• 5+ years of front end development experience with Javascript frameworks (React.js / Angular)
• 3+ years development experience on Java / J2EE development, including web (JSP/HTML/CSS/ /JavaScript/jQuery), web services, APIs, and object oriented programming experience.
• 3+ years of experience with JDBC and Oracle DB/SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with developing REST services.
• Familiar with Eclipse and JUnit tools.
• Web site security knowledge.
• Knowledge of industry secure coding standards to prevent common vulnerabilities such as SQL Injections, Cross Side Scripting, Open Redirect and other secure coding standards.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Agile software development practices.
• Experience running applications on cloud technologies (AWS).
• Experience in one of the following technologies - Redis or RabbitMQ
• Industry related certifications.
• DevOps lifecycle experience.
• Experience with Git/Gitlab for version control & build tools such as Maven.
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• BS in computer science or a related field.
