Job Description for Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in NodeJS, MongoDB, ReactJS, and RabbitMQ to join our team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge low-code/no-code test automation platform. This role involves developing and maintaining our low-code/no-code test automation solution. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a cutting-edge product that will redefine how companies approach test automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain the core API platform for a low-code/no-code test automation solution.
  • Implement and manage integrations with various third-party tools and platforms.
  • Develop self-healing functionalities to automatically detect and fix failing test cases.
  • Develop backend APIs for user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless user experiences using ReactJS.
  • Build scalable and efficient back-end services with NodeJS and MongoDB.
  • Implement robust messaging and queueing systems using RabbitMQ.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
  • Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  •  Strong programming skills in NodeJS, JavaScript and TypeScript
  •  Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python.
  •  Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programming languages and technologies as needed.
  • Strong proficiency in NodeJS.
  • Solid experience with front-end technologies, particularly ReactJS.
  • Expertise in MongoDB and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.
  • Understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
  •  Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in building low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Previous experience in test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
