Full Stack Web – Lead Full Stack Engineer

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore - Karnataka (India)

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a member of agilon health’s Technology Group, you’ll:

• Be part of an agile team working collaboratively with UX, Product, and other groups in the business building products to help agilon's users get the most out of our data and insights.

• Design technical solutions and lead delivery of user-facing projects

• With your team, own all the steps in the development process from feasibility to technical design to implementation to testing to deployment and release

• Collaborate to validate feasibility and value of planned features

• Champion engineering excellence best practices

• Mentor and teach other team members

Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field with

7-11 years of experience developing full stack responsive web applications.

Requirements:

Must have skills:

• Expert in JavaScript with knowledge of at least one web framework such as React, Angular, etc. depending on your technology stack

• Highly proficient in modern web standards and technologies (e.g. ES6, NodeJS, Postgres, GraphQL)

• Takes ownership over what the team builds and keeps our users' needs in clear focus

• Enjoys solving customer problems through technology

• Comfortable in a startup environment and doesn't need handholding

• Excellent communicator and a nimble learner

• Enthusiastic about getting things done

Good to have skills:

• Experience in healthcare

• Experience with AWS serverless services

This portal will be the visible manifestation of the application of agilon's secret sauce on our vast amount of data, allowing these users to consume valuable insights to help improve patient outcomes and reduce waste in our healthcare system.
