• Assess and refine existing designs for enhanced user experiences
• Enhance and fine-tune large Single Page Applications (SPA) to achieve performance and CIDC compilation aims
• Shift outdated codebases towards contemporary standards
• Engage with RESTful APIs for seamless front and back-end integration
• Execute A/B tests with platforms like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO
• Enhance test automation infrastructure, including frameworks such as Playwright, to maintain software quality
• Work with diverse teams to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges
• Guide and educate junior developers, including conducting code reviews
• Remain informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to foster innovation within the team

• 5+ years in full-stack development
• 2+ years in a scalable, multi-tenant environment
• 1+ years in a relevant leadership role
• Strong skills in JavaScript and expertise in React + Redux
• Capability to assess and refine visuals enhancing existing interfaces
• Proficiency in SCSS along with familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Background in deploying A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO
• Competency in test automation and contribution to frameworks like Playwright
• Qualifications in managing large SPA with emphasis on performance optimization
• Command of English communication at a minimum B2+ level
