Lead Fullstack Developer
Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties
- Play a key role in the architecture and design of new and existing products & applications.
- Work with various stakeholders to define constraints and develop requirements.
- Contribute to our technology solution as we advance into emergent technology and push the boundaries of software development techniques.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an extensible and performance system architecture.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of emergent trends in software development platforms, tools, methodologies, and their underlying principles.
- Ensure guidelines and process across all technology initiatives are properly aligned.
- Design and develop software required to support the business.
- Contribute to continuously improving our team's productivity, code quality, tool and technology adoption.
- Provide solutions to complex problems with solution architectures and tech documents.
- Provide technical leadership, coach and mentor team members to produce good quality software.
- Work with scrum master on dynamic nature of requirements to mutually agree and deliver sprint goals and achieve outcomes
- Develops unit tests and/or reviews development of test protocols for testing application before user acceptance.
- Conduct peer code reviews as well as vendor code reviews as needed.
- Investigates, analyzes, and makes recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades, and modifications
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum Job Experience: 12 years
- Language requirements: English: Written: Advanced, Verbal: Advanced
- Computer/software skills: Microsoft Technologies: C#, ASP.NET MVC, .Net Core, WCF, Web API, SSIS, SSRS, Angular, jQuery, Entity Framework, MS SQL Server. Microsoft Office Tools: Word, Excel, Power point
The salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $135,000 + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
