Lead Fullstack Developer

Adheres to design and application development standards, methodology and, framework within Architectural compliance and governance.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Play a key role in the architecture and design of new and existing products & applications.
• Work with various stakeholders to define constraints and develop requirements.
• Contribute to our technology solution as we advance into emergent technology and push the boundaries of software development techniques.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining an extensible and performance system architecture.
• Maintain a broad knowledge of emergent trends in software development platforms, tools, methodologies, and their underlying principles.
• Ensure guidelines and process across all technology initiatives are properly aligned.
• Design and develop software required to support the business.
• Contribute to continuously improving our team's productivity, code quality, tool and technology adoption.
• Provide solutions to complex problems with solution architectures and tech documents.
• Provide technical leadership, coach and mentor team members to produce good quality software.
• Work with scrum master on dynamic nature of requirements to mutually agree and deliver sprint goals and achieve outcomes
• Develops unit tests and/or reviews development of test protocols for testing application before user acceptance.
• Conduct peer code reviews as well as vendor code reviews as needed.
• Investigates, analyzes, and makes recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades, and modifications

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum Job Experience: 12 years
• Language requirements: English: Written: Advanced, Verbal: Advanced
• Computer/software skills: Microsoft Technologies: C#, ASP.NET MVC, .Net Core, WCF, Web API, SSIS, SSRS, Angular, jQuery, Entity Framework, MS SQL Server. Microsoft Office Tools: Word, Excel, Power point

The salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $135,000 + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
